There are 1,018 pages of the proposed Health Care Reform Bill and it really has some frightening provisions in it. I never thought I would see euthanasia addressed in print, but it’s here, Please be read the following highlights:

Read on, I have highlighted some very troubling and downright scary provisions written into this Health Care Reform Bill. What we hear on the television via our President is just a few conditions that may sound reasonable or even good on the surface, but buried within these 1,018 pages are dark secrets everyone needs to know.

Page 280 Sec 1151 The Govt will penalize hospitals for what the Government deems preventable re admissions. This means you will not be admitted when you should!
Pg 298 Lines 9-11 Doctors if you treat a patient during initial admission to a Hospital that results in a readmission- The Government will penalize you. This means patients will not be admitted when they should!
Pg335 L 16-25 Pg 336-339 - Government mandates the establishment of outcome based measures. HC the way they want! Rationing on the basis of how sick you are! If you have Cancer and MIGHT die in 6 months with or without treatment, do you really think they are going to spend money and resources on the chance that you MIGHT live?
Pg 354 Sec 1177 - Government will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs people! Can you say no health-care for the the Disabled! My grand-daughter has Down Syndrome, this is appalling!
PG 425 Lines 22-25, 426 Lines 1-3 Government will provide you with an approved list of end of life resources, guiding you in death! Can you say Euthanasia! They will not help you to live, but they will be kind enough to help you to die!
PG 427 Lines 15-24 Government mandates a program for the orders for the end of life. The Government has a say in how our life ends! An order can be made to withhold life sustaining care from us!
Pg 429 Lines 1-9 An "advanced care planning consultation" will be used frequently as a patients health
deteriorates! This sounds like a bully tactic to make sure Euthanasia is used!
PG 429 Lines 10-12 "advanced care consultation" may include an ORDER for end of life plans. AN ORDER from the GOVERNMENT!
Pg 429 Lines 13-25 - The government will specify which Doctors can write an end of life order. They can decide for you!
PG 430 Lines 11-15 The Government will decide what level of treatment you will have at the end of your life! I do not know about you, but I would like to decide for myself what treatment I want at the end of my life!

PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill - HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise! But wait, not to our Special Needs people? How in God's name is this happening?
Pg 58HC Bill - Government will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID Health card will be issued! Fantastic now the government really controls our money! HMMM, National ID Health card---Mark of the beast?????? Ok that might be far fetched, but how far?
Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 Government will have direct access to your banks accounts for electronic funds transfers. Just what I want! They can take what they want, when they want!
PG 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in Unions & community organizations (ACORN).
Pg 72 Lines 8-14 Government is creating an HC Exchange to bring private HC plans under Government control. Why not, they are screwing up everything else!
PG 84 Sec 203 HC bill - Government mandates ALL benefit packages for private HC plans be in the Exchange. The Government controlling the Private Sector!
PG 91 Lines 4-7 HC Bill - Government mandates linguistic appropriate services. Example - Translation for illegal aliens! But there is no money in the plan for life sustaining treatment for my stage 4 Lymphatic Cancer stricken Uncle! Only Euthanasia for him!
-PG 102 Lines 12-18 HC Bill - Medicaid Eligible Individuals will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid. No choice!
pg 124 lines 24-25 HC No company can sue the GOVERNMENT on price fixing. No "judicial review" against Govt Monopoly! Too much power and no way to fight it!
pg 127 Lines 1-16 HC Bill - Doctors/ #AMA - The Government will tell YOU what you as a Doctor can make!
Pg 145 Line 15-17 An Employer MUST auto enroll employees into public opt plan. NO CHOICE! What happened to being able to keep your private insurance!!!!!!!
Pg 126 Lines 22-25 Employers MUST pay for HC for part time employees AND their families. Health-care is needed for everyone this is true, but there are some small businesses that are barely making it now, If they are forced to pay for employee and family insurance it will force business closures. I have a friend who owns one of these businesses and he would love to help out his employees by offering health-care but he just can't do it!
Pg 149 Lines 16-24 ANY Employer with payroll 400k & above who does not provide pub opt. pays 8% tax on all
payroll.
pg 150 Lines 9-13 Any business with payroll between 251k & 400k who doesn't provide pub. opt pays 2-6% tax on all payroll.
Pg 167 Lines 18-23 ANY individual who doesn't have acceptable HC according to the Government will be taxed 2.5% of their income.
Pg 170 Lines 1-3 HC Bill Any NONRESIDENT Alien is exempt from individual taxes. (Americans will pay)! I would like someone to explain why we always have to pay for them!
Pg 195 HC Bill -Officers & employees of HC Admin (GOVERNMENT) will have access to ALL Americans financial/personal records! INVASION OF OUR PRIVACY!
There is so much more to read, I can only scratch the surface of this repugnant Health-Care Scam! It is total government take over of our lives. The will literally have in their hands the decision of whether we live or die. President Obama is committing a reprehensible act by signing this so called Health-Care Bill. This is not Health-Care Reform, it is the destruction of the private sector and human life.

Why am I not surprised to see something like this roll around? It puts me in mind of a film I saw not too long ago, "Repo: The Genetic Opera". Healthcare's cheap enough when forced repossession of donor organs is legal... just don't miss your payments.
At this point I have to ask myself: is there any way I can decline my citizenship status? Seems being an alien would be much cheaper; no taxes, free healthcare, a free ride all the way.
I've read a lot of what you post here before and I am completely sickened by it. This isn't America - Obama and the rest of his comrades are turning America into pre-WWII Germany. Hitler did stuff like this, and Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot. You've done a great service with this hub. People need to know what they have planned for us. It's time for the dragon to awaken.
I had knowledge of this I think last week...if all of it is not bad enough, the part where they want access to all our banks accounts is the worst, and I may be mistaken, but they are going to let this go through.....wheres the birth certificate???? Well done! The bill is long, convoluted and frightening. I too am plowing through it and what it is calling for is the end of quality health care and choice. The government will be running the show and I can't think of anything more horrifying.
Yes. This is what I have been trying to tell people. Liberals (of which I thought I was one) are very angry at me for pointing out the faults of this bill. If anyone wants Universal Health Care, it is I, who have been doing without it for 3 years now, and trying to stay alive without medical care and my medications. But not this way.
Also very much worth mentioning, everyone, including the FBI, and the Attorney General's office will have access to all your personal information.
And the new "public health care clinics" will be manned by the US Military. Why? Are they going to shoot us if we eat too much or won't quit smoking? Would not put it past them at all...
All that is necessary is to place meaningful regulations and restrictions on the blood-sucking health care insurance companies, regulate prices of drugs, medical devices, and doctors and hospitals, etc. And to pick up those who fall through the cracks because of low-income through Medicaid. That's all they need to do.
But this is a downright takeover with control on the PEOPLE, not on those who are ripping us off as it is, and amounts to forced robbery of Americans.

Trying to make a long story short.... I am a 46 yr. old American female. I have been dealing with growing and rupturing cysts on both ovaries and the uterus for years... The last year has been progressively worse and I haven't been able to work in almost 2 years. They are growing and wrapping around other organs. The cure is a simple hysterectomy. I had emergency surgery a little less than a year ago due to one being so large is wrapped my appendix and turned it into exactly what looks like coffee grounds. After that, on a follow-up I was scheduled for an urgent (asap) hysterectomy. One week after my release, and 3 weeks before my scheduled hysterectomy, my husbands job experienced lay-offs and loss of benefits!!! My health has deteriorated, I applied for the "Medicaid" they speak of. I was told I didn't qualify.... I am married to a man that works, I have four children with the man I'm still married to and if I were on disability, then I might qualify!! The thing is, once the surgery is done, I am perfectly capable of returning to work and can't wait to do just that!! I would love to have my life back and be able to get out of bed, go to the store and enjoy my grandbabies... on and on. But, now I have to go to a government run hospital 2 hours away and even with all my past medical records at their disposal, they wanted to experiment with me. Now I am sicker than I was when I started there and suffering more than one could imagine. It is a total joke its sickening and extremely scarey!!! It is not "for the peope"... it is "to better the government!" Sorry.... Long soap box story but OH soooo true!!!
I am so sorry that you are going through all of this. Thank you for sharing your story. With the new passing of this bill, I worry that many people will suffer just like you at the hands of our government. I will say a prayer for you and your family.
Ok if you really want something sick and twisted from the great socialist check out pg 1000 sec. 2521 of the obama health care plan. ive read most of the document. this section talks about the implantation of informational microchips under every americans skin!

Obama never clarified what he meant when he stated in July 2008: "We cannot continue to rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”
Obama’s recently expanded Veterans and other Corps and Obamacare provisions buried in the health bill mandated a 6,000-man army on U.S. Soil; all the aforementioned changes including the new army, are so broadly defined they could subsequently include most any function of government. Hitler’s Germany in the 1930’s during hard economic times, established "Civilian Volunteer Patrols" for the purported purpose of helping Citizens and to protect the Homeland. But shortly after Hitler’s patrols were established, the civilian volunteers were transformed into a neighborhood political enforcement and informant arm” of the Nazi Party working with Hitler’s private secret Police, the Gestapo. During this period, years before the Gestapo was consolidated with the German Government, the Gestapo arrested Citizens and confiscated private property with no legal authority. Gestapo is the contraction of Geheime Staatspolizei for "Secret State Police."
In 1934 the Gestapo was placed under SS leader Heinrich Himmler Chief of German Police. Then in 1939 all German Police agencies were put under the control of the "Reich Main Security Office” the equivalent of U.S. Homeland Security.
It will be interesting to see if Obama intends to use the new Obamacare 6,000-man army on U.S. Soil in violation of the Constitution.
Should it be expected U.S. private mercenary companies now paid extremely well by U.S. Government to provide security in Iraq, might attempt to secure contracts from the Obama Government to provide security in U.S. Cities, should America’s recession worsen causing crime and riots like those seen in Greece?
There appears to be nothing to stop U.S. Government deploying “American Citizens that are mercenaries” on U.S. soil to assist regular police or to accompany a “National Police Stabilization Force” alleged suggested in a recent NGO Rand Corporation Report provided the U.S. Army. The suggested “National Police Stabilization Force” would appear controlled by the Feds and might include in its ranks with federal police, local and state law enforcement. What would happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? Could this proposed National Police Stabilization Force involve Obama’s new 6,000-man army? Several U.S. private security companies now work with U.S. law enforcement agencies in America under federal quasi-government contracts, sharing information, locate for arrest individuals and share with government assets they cause to be forfeited from U.S. Citizens. Should the Obama Government contract private mercenaries on American soil; deploy in America Obama’s new 6,000-man army or create his proposed “civilian national security force” or similar force; it should be expected that any of these forces during a declared emergency that might last years, would discard your Constitutional rights including the Fourth Amendments, violate your private records and seize your arms. After the Nazi Government declared a State emergency against the Communists in 1933, Nazi officials proceeded without warrants to search Germans and their homes, confiscate their private arms, imprison Germans Citizens without cause and confiscate their property; Hitler’s volunteer corps often moved into confiscated homes.

Just so you know, Special Needs Plans does not mean 'special needs' as in developmentally disabled (you talk about provision 1177). It means people who are dual eligible for Medicaid and Medicare, typically people with mental disorders. Not that I agree with the provision for that either, but your interpretation is incorrect.
Obama must go!! And so must this healthcare bill. I don't want to die just because I'm over 65!!! How do we get our country back when so many are not true Americans leaving the American Dream?????? The people who will vote Obama back in will be those who make a living off the government dole. The government does not MAKE money!! They tax the people who WORK. What happens when all the money goes out and none is coming in because all the workers quit to live off the government, too?? Does EVERYONE then have to WORK to obtain a loaf of bread??? What a rude awaking that will be for all the "do nothing" people out there!!!!
I have to agree with you Susan42. Obama needs to go but as long as there are those who benefit from his handouts he may just get voted back in! I don't have a problem with people who are truly in need because they have no other option getting government help ie, the legal residents of the USA who are disabled, and those who are consistently trying to find work and are not getting hired. I think we should even help those who are attending college taking core classes AND working part time since they are working towards caring for themselves and families. It is just still too easy for people to sit on their butts, have babies, drink, smoke and be lazy while us tax payers pay their bills and that is what I disagree with! I realize there are exceptions like the newly widowed parent who has to have help until they can secure education towards employment or simply gain employment. I really believe that government intervention should be applied there for healthcare and childcare until the single parent can manage on their own. Things like that anyway.
